Artwork, Images, and Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, illustrations, graphics, and written content created by Lily Angelo Art are the exclusive intellectual property of Lily Angelo Art and are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to, original paintings, commissions, reproductions, digital images, product photos, website content, and social media content.

Artwork and content may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, traced, modified, redistributed, published, transmitted, sold, or used in any form—digital or physical—without prior written permission from Lily Angelo Art. This applies to personal, commercial, and educational use. The use of Lily Angelo Art imagery for logos, branding, merchandise, marketing materials, NFTs, prints, or any other derivative works is strictly prohibited unless explicitly licensed in writing.

Purchasing an original artwork, reproduction, or commission does not transfer copyright or ownership of the intellectual property. Buyers are granted the right to display the artwork for personal use only. Lily Angelo Art retains full rights to all artwork, including the right to photograph, reproduce, and share images of sold or commissioned pieces for portfolio, promotional, marketing, and editorial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Any unauthorized use of Lily Angelo Art’s intellectual property may result in legal action.

Ordering, Shipping, and Delivery

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Orders are processed according to the timelines outlined in the Shipping Policy. Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $7, and international shipping costs vary depending on destination and package weight. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, or circumstances outside of Lily Angelo Art’s control.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Lily Angelo Art is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and often custom nature of the artwork, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact Lily Angelo Art immediately upon delivery and include clear photos of the damage. Once reviewed, an appropriate resolution will be determined. Requests submitted without photos or outside of a reasonable timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Use of Website

You agree to use the Lily Angelo Art website for lawful purposes only. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access content or information that is not intended for you.
