Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped. Please note that holidays or carrier delays may impact delivery times and are outside of Lily Angelo Art’s control.

Domestic Shipping

​

Domestic shipping is offered at a flat rate of $7. Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 4–7 business days. All artwork is carefully packaged and protected with a plastic sleeve to ensure it arrives safely. After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping

​

International shipping costs vary depending on package weight and destination country. Typically, international shipping ranges from $15–$40. Delivery times for international orders may vary based on location and customs processing.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Lily Angelo Art is not responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or delays caused by international shipping regulations.

Order Tracking & Support

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text with tracking information so you can monitor its progress. If you have not received your order within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out with your name and order number and I will be happy to assist you.
