Returns & Refunds

All sales at Lily Angelo Art are final. Because each piece is handmade and often created specifically for you, I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. I always recommend reading product descriptions carefully and reaching out with any questions before placing an order, I’m more than happy to help make sure everything feels right before you purchase.
 
 
Damaged Items

I take great care in packaging every order so it arrives safely, but if something does happen in transit, please contact me as soon as you receive your package. Include a few clear photos of the damage and the packaging so I can understand what happened. From there, we’ll figure out the best way to make it right.

Please reach out immediately if your order arrives damaged, as requests made later or without photos may not be eligible for review. If you have any questions or concerns at any point, don’t hesitate to get in touch, I truly appreciate your support and want you to love your piece!
